Open training sessions will be running for badminton from Wednesday 11th February 2004 between 7-8pm.  Those who are interested will then have a chance to play in two leagues for "Singles" and "Doubles".  Each league could have two divisions depending on the numbers participating.

Basic Rules

You make a service from the right hand side.

You can only score points from your own service.

You can have a match to 21 points.  You change side at 11 points.

You can also have best out of three matches.  Each match lasts 15 points.

You can only win or loose a match; you can't have a draw.

League Rules

3 points for a win, 0 points for a loss.

Winner and runner up from Second division get promoted to First Division.

Last two seeds in the First Division get relegated to Second Division.
